   shipping & Delivery

   1.Shipping Option
    We currently only offers standard delivery service for domestic orders . We normally charge $19 for each order.and FREE DELIVERY for orders over $300!


   2.Delivery Time
    Allow 3-5 business days for receipt within the USA when you order with standard delivery service. Receipt of international orders takes 5-7 business days. As a general rule, processing time plus shipping time equals total delivery time. Processing time typically ranges from 24 hours to 2 business days. Processing time includes receiving your order, transmitting the information to the appropriate warehouse, and packing the item for shipping. After processing is complete and shipping begins, shipping time is the shipping transit time from the warehouse to your shipping address.


   3.International Shipping
    We offer Global Express with insurance tracking confirmation & shipping box. It usually takes 5-7 working days for delivery. Additional 24-48 hours for processing time and could take up to another 48 hours in case we have to contact PayPal or Credit Card payment processor for verification. We will not be responsible for any customs fees that each individual country charges. We will charge the full shipping price for all international returns and exchanges.

   * For packages that are unclaimed or returned due to incomplete address, the actual shipping charge will be deducted from the refund.
   * If your order has not arrived within the time period, there may be delay due to your country´s custom clearing process. Feel free to email us to help you locate your package at anytime.


   4.Order Tracking
    Order tracking is available in the My Account page or we´ll send you a tracking link with tracking number via email when the order has been dispatched.If your order appears late, you should consider the following:

 * Delivery occurs only on business days, Mondays through Fridays.
 * There are certain holidays that carriers do not pickup or deliver.
 * It may take 24 hours before tracking information appears on the website.
 * Also, you are welcome to contact us for further assistance.



   Returns & Replacements

 

    Please contact us first before you return the goods.Our customer serivce staff will try to discuss with you.If there are irremediable defects with the items, you can return them back to us for change or give you a refund.Please email our Customer Service Department,they will give you our return address, and other matters you should attend.Normally it will take 2 weeks to return goods to us by Post Office.Please be attention!To Make sure size is correct when you place Trainers order online.If the size can't fit you.You shoule pay the two-side shipping cost if you want to return for change.

 

    NOTE: Please do not send faulty goods back without discussing with us. It is very hard for us to handle a package without any necessary order information.


Please be attention!

    1.Make sure the delivery address is correct and complete. If the parcel was returned to us for the wrong or incomplete delivery address,you should pay for the re-send shipping cost.

    2. Make sure the size is correct when you place your order online.If the size, which you chose by yourself,can not fit you. If you want to return for change,it is ok, we are sorry that you should pay the two-side shipping cost. (Sometimes if you cannot be sure what size you should wear, please check size list on website)

   3.Make sure the phone number is correct. Please leave correct phone number,because if you are not in the house, the delivery staff will be able to contact you with this number.

    4.Make sure the style of the trainers is what you like when you order online.The real items are the same as photos showed on our website,if you are not satisfied with the trainers,but that is indeed what you choose,we should be sorry to say we can not accept your change or return,because the cost of our trainers is quite high, such as labour cost, shipping cost, advertisement cost and so on. So we will appreciate if we can get your understanding, hope you to make sure the style is what you like.



   Ordering

1.Online Orders
    We've made online shopping easy! Just follow the steps below to locate and purchase your favorite products on our website.

 

    (1). Search or browse the site to locate the items you want to buy. There are several ways to do this:

     *Search by keyword or product name in the search box at the top of every page.
     *Search by product number if you have one in the Search box at the top of every page.
     *Browse through the products on the site by selecting one of the category tabs at the top of the page.

    (2). When you find products you would like to purchase, choose the appropriate quantities, sizes, etc. and add the items to your cart.
    (3). When you have finished shopping and are ready to checkout, click the Checkout button on the shopping cart page. (To get to the shopping cart page, click on the Shopping Cart image at the top of the page.)
    (4). If you are a registered user, log in using your email address and password for faster checkout.
    (5). Fill in all of the required information on the shipping and billing pages. If you have forgotten to fill in a required field, we will alert you to the area in red text so you can go back and try again. Complete the required field with the requested information and continue to checkout again.
    (6). Review your order before submitting to verify all of the information is correct and to get your calculated order total.
   (7). Submit the order and print a copy of the Thank You page containing your customer number and order number for your records. A confirmation email will also be sent containing your order information to the email address provided during checkout.

2.Order Cancellation

    Cancellation of an order before the order has been dispatched, will incur cancellation fee, which is a 10% of the total order amount. We process all orders as quickly as possible, so we are not always able to cancel an order after it is placed. Cancellation requests after the order has been dispatched will be treated in accordance with our Return policy.

    Friendly Notice: If you did not receive your 10-digit tracking number within 3 days after placing your order, your e-mail server may have seen it as spam. In this case, please contact us for assistance in orders' tracking.



   Viewing Orders

    Order history is a benefit for our registered users. It allows you to review up to the last nine months of orders placed online, by phone or by mail. To view your order history online, you must be a registered user. If you would like to register now, please Click Here.

     *Login to your account using the "My Account" link in the upper right corner of the page.
     *From the My Account page, click the "My Order" link.
     *Your previously placed orders will be listed, along with their current status.
     *To view the order in detail, click on the "View Order" link.
     *To view package tracking information (if available), click the "Track It" button under shipping information.
